摘要
随着信息化的飞速发展,高等院校的教育教学模式也随着信息技术的发展而不断变化,而地方师范院校的教育信息化速度受限于教师教育技术的能力与教学资源。选取山西省地方师范院校的师范生作为实验研究对象,通过分析地方师范院校对学生教育技术的培养能力,从对教育技术发展的教学模式、教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍建设等方面来研究,以培养师范生教学技能和相关课程内容为重点,对教育技术培养的相关理论知识、教学PPT及教案设计以及教学资源等教学模式等方面,从问题教学与实践教学各方面进行思考。
With the rapid development of information technology,the education and teaching mode of colleges and universities is changing with the development of information technology.However,the speed of education informatization in local normal universities is limited by teachers’educational technology ability and teaching resources.This paper selects the normal students of Shanxi local normal universities as the experimental research object.By analyzing the ability of the local normal colleges to cultivate students’educational technology,this paper has studied the teaching model,teaching content,teaching methods,and construction of the teaching staff for the development of educational technology.Focusing on the cultivation of normal students’teaching skills and related course contents,from the aspects of problem-based teaching and practical teaching,this paper has discussed the teaching modes of educational technology training,such as theoretical knowledge,teaching ppt,teaching plan design and teaching resources.
