摘要
远程开放教育的教学实践中,由于教师对学生情感关怀不足、教学模式缺乏吸引力、教学资源缺少实用性等要素,导致教学效果无法满足学生的学习愿望和需求。通过不断地培养和加强教师责任意识和服务意识、开展教育教学模式的改革创新、加大教学资源建设和完善的力度,既能提升远程教育服务质量、提高学员学习的效率和学习效果,也对促进远程教育教学模式的改革创新,实现远程教育培养目标和要求具有重要价值。
In the teaching practice of distance open education,due to the lack of teachers’emotional care for students,the lack of attraction of teaching mode and the lack of practicability of teaching resources and other factors,the teaching effect can not meet the students’learning desire and needs.Through continuous training and strengthening teachers’sense of responsibility and service,carrying out the reform and innovation of education and teaching mode,and strengthening the construction and improvement of teaching resources,it can not only improve the service quality of distance education,improve the learning efficiency and learning effect of students,but also promote the reform and innovation of teaching mode of distance education and realize the training objectives and requirements of distance education.
