数字时代档案工作者的能力再造研究

Research on the Ability Reengineering of Archivists in the Digital Era

数字时代的来临对档案工作者的能力素养提出了更高的要求,迫切要求档案工作者进行能力再造,以适应数字时代的变革趋向和需求。通过对能力再造及档案工作者能力再造进行概念界定,明确数字时代档案工作的变化及对档案工作者能力素养的新需求。并结合当前档案工作环境,构建数字时代档案工作者能力结构的“双核洋葱”模型,同时总结当前档案工作者能力发展遇到的现实困境,进而阐述数字时代档案工作者的能力再造路径。

The advent of the digital era has put forward higher requirements for the ability and literacy of archival workers,urgently requiring them to carry out capacity reconstruction to adapt to the changing trends and needs of the digital era.By defining the concepts of capability reengineering and archival worker capability reengineering,we aim to clarify the changes in archival work in the digital era and the new demands for archival worker competence and literacy.And combined with the current archival work environment,a dual core onion model of the ability structure of archival workers in the digital era is constructed.At the same time,the practical difficulties encountered in the development of archival workers'abilities are summarized,and the path of capability reconstruction for archival workers in the digital era is elaborated.
