澳大利亚档案工作数字化转型政策研究

Research on the Digital Transformation Policies of Australian Archives Work

数字时代,文件档案工作数字化管理已成为必然趋势,各个国家的档案馆纷纷出台相关的管理政策推动文档工作数字转型。以澳大利亚档案馆制定的文件档案工作数字化转型相关政策为研究对象,在详细梳理其战略的基础上,分析了以澳大利亚档案馆为主导制定的相关政策的形式与内容特征。研究发现,澳大利亚档案工作数字转型发展政策相互配套,以提高数字服务能力为支点,以资源、技术、人才、服务为转型主要要素,建立了风险管控机制和评估机制,配套多种信息管理支持工具。

The digital transformation of records and archives work has become the inevitable trend in this information age,and archives in various countries have published relevant policies and strategies to promote the digital transformation of archive work.This paper takes the policies and strategies about the digital transformation of archives work formulated by the National Archives of Australia as the research object and analyzes the form and content characteristics of them.It is found that NAA’s records management strategies are combined effectively;taking improving digital service capacity as the key point and taking resources,technology,talents,and services as the main elements of transformation;establishing a risk-control mechanism and assessment mechanism;and providing a variety of information management tools.
