摘要
在分析Europeana《战略2020-2025:赋能数字变革》要点的基础上,为我国面向文化数字化的档案机构数字转型提出可行策略。采用文本分析法,明确面向文化数字化的数字转型要点在于:以跨机构组织主导的数字转型力量整合为推动因素,以利用导向下的公共文化资源建设与服务为核心要义,以数字工具开发带动数字能力培育为支撑要素。由此,得出我国档案机构面向文化数字化的数字转型策略在于:坚持集中领导下的多元主体协同参与,统一标准规范下的公共文化资源体系建设,面向数字能力建构的档案机构技术工具开发。
The analysis on Europeana’s Strategy 2020-2025:Empowering Digital Change aims to develop digital transformation strategy of archival agencies for cultural digitization in China.Based on text analysis,the key points of digital transformation for cultural digitization could be attributed to the integration of digital transformation forces led by cross-institutional organizations as the driving factor,the construction of public cultural resources and service under utilization orientation as the core point,digital tool development to drive digital capability cultivation as a supporting element.Thus,the strategies for the digital transformation of China's archival agencies toward cultural digitization lie in collaborative participation of multiple subjects under centralized leadership,construction of public cultural resource system under unified standards and norms,and digital technical development for archival agencies oriented to capacity building.
