数智化视域下科研院所图书馆文献信息服务模式研究

科研院所既是技术创造的重要载体,同时也是科学技术供给侧的重要组成部分。我国制定了一揽子政策来激发科学家的创造活力,加强对科研活动的重视程度。然而,我国科研院所在科研过程中仍存在信息不对称、信息渠道不畅通等较多阻碍因素,转化效率也亟待提高。当前,为科研人员提供专业化信息服务,成为专业图书馆服务科研的重要业务方向。方兴未艾的数智化技术能在数据基础、数据分析对图书馆的信息服务层面有所突破。本研究试图通过探索发展和建立专业图书馆面向科研院所的科技文献信息服务模式,以数智驱动图书馆实现数字化、智能化升级,促进图书馆信息服务完善优化。进一步助力科研院所的科研成果输出。

Research institutes are not only an important carrier of technology creation,but also an important part of the supply side of science and technology.The state has issued a series of policies to stimulate the innovation vitality of scientific researchers,and strengthened the emphasis on scientific research activities.However,in the scientific research process of Chinese research institutes,there are still many hindering factors such as information asymmetry and information channel obstruction,and the transformation efficiency should be urgently improved.At present,providing professional information services for scientific researchers has become an important business direction for professional libraries to serve scientific research.The digital intelligence technology in the ascendant can make a breakthrough in the information service level of the library based on data and data analysis.The purpose of this study is to explore and build a scientific and technological literature information service model for scientific research institutes in professional libraries,to drive digital intelligent upgrading of libraries with digital intelligence,and to promote the improvement and optimization of library information services.Further support the output of scientific research achievements of scientific research institutes.
