社交媒体视域下档案公共服务评价指标体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Archives Public Service Evaluation Index System from the Perspective of Social Media

构建社交媒体环境中档案公共服务评价指标体系,对于全面评估档案社交媒体公共服务现状、厘清服务差异、提高服务质量具有现实意义。文章从服务主体、服务资源、服务功能、服务平台4个维度,选取9个二级指标和33个三级指标,借助层次分析法确定各指标的权重并进行指标排序,提炼出影响档案社交媒体公共服务的关键因素。最后选取了1个具有代表性的省级档案馆微信公众号和1个省级档案馆微博进行实证研究,对测评结果进行分析,提出了优化档案公共服务的建议。

Constructing the evaluation index system of archives public service in the social media environment has practical significance for comprehensively evaluating the status quo of archives social media public service,clarifying service differences and improving its service quality.From the four dimensions of service subject,service resources,service function and service platform,the article selects 9 secondary indicators and 33 tertiary indicators,determines the weight of each indicator and sorts the indicators with the help of analytic hierarchy process,and extracts the key factors affecting the public service of archives social media.We also selected one representative Provincial Archives wechat official account and one provincial archives microblog for empirical research,analyzed the evaluation results,and put forward suggestions for archives public service optimization.
