我国档案网站建设地域差异比较分析

The Comparative Analysis of Regional Differences in the Construction of Archives Websites in China

档案网站是档案部门为公众、党政机关、企事业单位、社会组织等提供档案服务的窗口,对档案网站建设进行测评能够直观体现出档案网站建设存在的问题,为下一阶段档案网站的建设与服务水平的提高提供方向。以31个省级综合档案馆的档案网站作为研究样本,并将其按照地理位置,划分为华东地区、华北地区、东北地区、西北地区、西南地区、华中地区和华南地区七个地区,探究不同区域档案网站在网站资源与信息、网站功能与服务以及网站设计与质量建设等三个维度方面的差异。研究发现,从全国整体看,我国档案网站目前还存在地区发展不充分、不平衡以及两级分化严重和龙头网站辐射带动周边地区发展能力弱等问题。

Archives Website is a window for archival departments to provide archival services for the public,party and government organs,enterprises and institutions,and social organizations.The evaluation of Archives Websites construction can directly reflect the problems existing in the construction of archives websites,and provide direction for the construction of archives websites and the improvement of service level in the next stage.31 archives websites of provincial comprehensive archives are taken as the research sample,which are divided into seven regions,according to their geographical location:East China,North China,Northeast China,Northwest China,Southwest China,central China and South China.This paper explores the differences of archives websites in three dimensions:website resources and information,website function and service,website design and quality construction.The study found that,from the perspective of the whole country,there are still some problems in China’s archives websites,such as inadequate regional development,imbalance and serious differentiation between the two levels,and the weak development of the surrounding areas by the radiation from the leading websites.
