我国省级档案馆移动服务现状及策略优化

Current Situation and Strategy Optimization of Mobile Service of Provincial Archives in China

推进档案移动服务建设是完善我国档案利用服务体系的重要一环。文章选取省级档案馆WAP服务、微信公众平台和微信小程序为主要研究对象,通过网络调研法对各平台发展和建设现状进行梳理,总结当前存在的问题,并从加强档案移动服务标准化建设、重视移动服务内容产出、增强档案网络信息安全、加强档案移动服务宣传推广等维度提出优化策略。

Promoting the construction of archival mobile services is an important part of improving the archival access service system in China.This paper selects WAP services,WeChat public platforms and WeChat mini-programs of provincial archives as the main research objects,investigates the development and construction status of each platform by means of network research,summarises the current problems,and proposes optimisation strategies in terms of strengthening the standardisation of archival mobile services,attaching importance to the content output of mobile services,enhancing the security of archival network information,and strengthening the publicity and promotion of archival mobile services.
