Social Security System and Economic Management Practice Based on Marxism Theories

社会保障是国家反贫困的基础性制度安排,也是国民收入再分配的重要途径,其对于维护社会公正、促进社会稳定、提高人民生活质量具有重要意义。经济管理是实现资源优化配置的关键,能够使市场经济给企业和国家带来更多的机遇和良好的发展前景,也是推动经济发展的重要手段。本文从社会保障制度与经济管理的理论基础出发,探讨了二者的相互关系与融合发展,最后基于马克思主义理论对未来社会保障制度提出构想。

Social security has implications for China’s antipoverty program and national income redistribution.Economic management is the key to optimizing resource allocation and promoting economic development.This article started from the social security system and the theoretical foundation of economic management,and discussed the mutual relationship and integrated development of the two.Finally,the article proposed ideas for building a future social security system based on Marxist theories.
