The advent of the big data era has promoted the innovative development of the educational management mode of college students,and also brought new challenges to the management work.Therefore,the key points of the management work should focus on the application of big data technology and the improvement of management effectiveness.The research found that,the innovation and optimization of the management mode could significantly improve the effectiveness of educational managment,so as to provide suitable environment for colleges.In future educational management work,colleges should solve existing problems,and drive more usage of big data.
