The continuous development of artificial intelligence technology has changed both life style and social production mode,and also brought new challenges for the fields of economics and jurisprudence.In this context,it is necessary to explore the idea reform of economic law in the artificial intelligence era,as well as its impact on regulatory innovation.The study found that,the application of artificial intelligence technology might affect traditional economics and jurisprudence.And regulation innovation could produce suitable laws and standards,so as to meet the requirements of the society.
