数字经济视角下的经济法拓展与运用

Expansion and Application of Economic Law in the View of Digital Economy

数字经济具有跨地域、跨行业、跨领域的特点,要求经济法规制具有统一性、协调性和适应性。中国现行的经济法规制体系存在一些不足和缺陷,如法律规范不够完善、法律监管不够有效、法律更新不够灵活等。这些局限性影响了数字经济的健康发展和良性竞争。主要分析了数字经济的基本特点与常见经济法规制问题,指出了数字经济背景下经济法的拓展方向与正确应用路径。

Digital economy has the characteristics of cross-region,cross-industry and cross-field,requiring economic law regulation to be unified,coordinated,and adaptable.However,there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in China’s current economic law regulatory system,such as inadequate legal norms,ineffective legal supervision,and insufficient legal innovation.These limitations have affected the sound development and healthy competition of digital economy.This article mainly analyzed the basic characteristics of digital economy and the regulatory issues of common economic law,and pointed out the expansion direction and suitable development paths in the context of digital economy.
