摘要
随着全球化的发展,供应链的复杂性不断增加,各种突发事件对供应链的稳定性和连续性提出了严峻挑战。特别是在生鲜海产品行业中,由于产品的特殊性,供应链的应急处理更加重要,为此研究突发事件下生鲜海产品供应链的应急决策。首先分析生鲜海产品供应链的特点和进行应急决策的必要性,之后建立基于应急决策的生鲜海产品供应链管理框架,提出相应的应急策略和方法,以期为生鲜海产品供应链的应急处理提供科学依据和指导。
With the continuous development of globalization and the increasing complexity of supply chain,supply chains have to enhance their stability and continuity in the context of outbreaks.Because of the particularity,the fresh seafood industry should pay more attention to emergency decision-making.The paper firstly analyzed the characteristics and the necessity of emergency decisionmaking,and then constructed the management framework of fresh seafood supply chain,followed by targeted strategies and methods.
