摘要
人力资源管理与市场经济密切相关,二者存在着相互依存和相互影响的关系。本文首先从市场失灵的概念及原因入手,阐述了其对经济产生的影响以及与人力资源管理的联系,接着分析了市场失灵人力资源管理面临的挑战,最后从新兴市场与人力资源管理关系切入提出人力资源管理的创新路径。
Human resource management has an interdependent relationship with market economy.Starting from the concept and causes of market failure,the paper expounded its impact on economy and its connection with human resource management.Then the paper analyzed the challenges being faced by human resource management in the context of market failure.At last,based on the relationship between emerging market and human resource management,the paper proposed the innovation paths of human resource management.
