对领导干部进行自然资源审计的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Natural Resource Audit for Leading Cadres

近几年,按照国家对生态文明建设的方针路线,各地政府审计部门积极探索领导干部自然资源资产审计,通过不断摸索,积累和总结了一些行之有效的方法和经验,审计工作取得了一定成效。但是,从开展此项工作的实践看,领导干部自然资源审计工作的开展还面临着诸多问题,有待进一步总结探索。本文通过总结和探讨自然资源审计工作的思路和方法,结合对地市领导干部自然资源审计的工作实践和积累,提出了一些具体可操作的审计路径和程序,以推动该项工作高效有序开展。

In the past few years,according to the public policies of constructing ecological civilization,local governments actively conducted the natural resource audit for leading cadres,and finally obtained some achievements by effective methods and rich experience.However,in fact,there are still some difficulties.In this paper,after summarizing the minds and methads,we proposed some specific and practical auditing measures based on the analysis of working experience,in order to guarantee the efficient and orderly implementation of auditing work.
