产教融合是现代职业教育体系中的重要内容,是提升高职院校人才培养质量的重要抓手。产教融合生态系统可以促进产业、教育集聚融合、协同育人,对职业教育内涵发展、产业经济转型升级具有现实意义。本文在高质量发展视域下解析产教融合生态系统的内涵特征和构成主体,探寻职业院校产教融合现实发展中存在的问题,探究高质量发展下产教融合生态系统的运营机制和优化路径。

The integration of industry and education is an important part of modern vocational education system and an effective way of improving talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.The ecosystem of industry-education integration is of practical significance in the connotative development of vocational education and the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy.Under the perspective of high-quality development,this paper analyzed the connotation characteristics and constituent subject of the ecosystem of industry-education integration,and explored existing problems in the integration process,followed by the investigation of the operation mechanism and optimization path.
