长三角一体化:现状与对策——以皖江城市带为例

Yangtze River Delta Integration:Status Quo and Countermeasures——A Case Study of the Wanjiang Urban Belt

改革开放后,随着政府一系列优惠政策的出台和落实,皖江城市带融入长三角一体化的经济发展潜力进一步凸显。新世纪皖江城市带示范区设立十余年来,示范区在承接长三角的产业转移,优化经济结构,实现经济发展融合一体化方面成效明显,但亦面临诸多现实困境。加快构建皖江与长三角的一体化市场体系、协同创新体系、发展机制和优化产业分工与协作是化解皖江区域与长三角一体化发展所面临的困境,实现深度融合发展的重要路径。

Along with the reform and opening up,the government has put up and implemented a series of preferential policies.Therefore,the Wanjiang urban belt obtains a greater economic development potential after being integrated into the Yangtze River Delta.In the past decade,the demonstration area of the Wanjiang urban belt has realized integrated development and delivered some results,like undertaking the industrial transfer from the Yangtze River Delta and upgrading economic structure.However,there are still some bottlenecks.In the paper,we proposed that,the deep integrated development of the Wanjiang urban belt and the Yangtze River Delta needs some effective measures,including speeding up the construction of integrated market system,collaborative innovation system and development mechanism,as well as optimizing industrial division of labour.
