折中范式对宜商环境评估指标体系构建的启示

Enlightenment of Electric Paradigm on Constructing the Evaluation Index System of Business Enabling Environment

在梳理我国营商环境评估指标体系文献和对比世界银行营商环境项目评价体系的基础上,引入折中范式的所有权优势、区位优势和内部化优势三个子范式进行探讨,对构建新形势下我国宜商环境评估指标体系提出基础构想。

After combing existing literature and comparing to World Bank’s business environment indicator system,the paper introduced three sub paradigms of eclectic paradigm,namely,ownership advantages,location attraction and internalization advantage,and then discussed the solution for constructing a new evaluation index system of business enabling environment under the new situation.
