期刊论文高质量编辑加工是实现学术内容高质量出版和传播的基础性工作。为做好该基础性工作,期刊编辑在论文加工过程中要讲究“三度”:面对自身,修改文章要适度,即既要服从学术期刊整体风格,也要兼顾作者独特写作风格,还要融入编辑自身创新风格;面对作者,沟通交流要讲究效度,即要同时讲究时间效度、质量效度和学习效度;面对读者,编辑加工要讲究通度,即要增强文章的可读性、传播性和启发性。

The high-quality editing and processing of journal papers is the basic work to achieve high-quality publication and dissemination of academic content.In order to do this basic work well,journal editors should stick to“three principles”.Firstly,journal editor should revise the papers properly,and give consideration to journal style,writer style and editors’innovation.Secondly,the communication between authors and editors should stress time validity,quality validity and learning validity at the same time.Finally,considering readers’experience,journal editors have to strengthen the papers’readability,communicability and inspiration.
