Paths of Counselors’Participating in Ideological and Political Courses Teaching

高校思政教育对掌握意识形态领域话语权具有重要作用,辅导员主要任务是进行思政教育,因此,其与思政课教学是实现立德树人根本任务的重要途径,有助于大学生树立正确三观培养优良道德品质。目前高校辅导员参与思政教育存在许多问题,需要研究辅导员开展思政课教学的有效策略。本文概述高校辅导员参与思政教学的意义,分析辅导员参与思政课教学存在的问题,提出辅导员进行思政课教学的有效对策。

The ideological and political education in colleges and universities plays an important role in mastering the right to speak in the field of ideology.Meanwhile,counselors are responsible for ideological and political education.So,both counselors and ideological courses are the paths of realizing establishing virtue and cultivating people,which are conductive to helping undergraduates construct excellent moral quality.At present,the participation of counselors has some problems,so we have to discuss effective strategies.The paper firstly expounded the significance of the participation of counselors,and then analyzed existing problems and effective countermeasures.
