摘要
为了全面促进高校党建与高校教育的提升,需要对高校教师实施卓越教师培养,提升大学教育教学质量。本文阐述了高校党建工作与高校卓越教师培养过程中存在的问题,并结合当前教育情况,提出相应的优化措施。
In order to comprehensively promote the effect of Party building and the quality of higher education,it is necessary to cultivate superior teachers.This paper firstly expounded the existing problems in the process of Party building work and superior teachers training,and then proposed corresponding optimization measures in combination with current educational situation.
