School-Running Policy Risk and Related Preventive Mechanism of Private Colleges

新时期我国民办高校办学呈现新的政策风险,主要包括独立学院转设政策风险、民办高校分类管理政策风险、教育部本科教学合格评估政策风险、民办高校申报硕士点政策风险,这些政策风险实实在在影响了民办高校的生存和健康发展。本文分析了民办高校四大政策风险的背景、成因、后果等,并分别从民办高校层面和政府层面提出了针对性解决对策。

In the new era,the running of private colleges in China is facing new policy risks,such as independent college transfer,the classified management of private colleges,the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment conducted by the Ministry of Education,and the application for master’s degree.These policy risks have affected the survival and healthy development of private colleges.This paper analyzed the background,causes and consequences of the four major policy risks,and put forward targeted solutions from the aspects of both private colleges and the government.
