进入新时代以后,高校在实现立德树人的目标时,使用的主要措施就是积极开展思想政治教育活动。在课堂教学时,要充分利用教育资源,提升思想政治工作体系的效能。同时以过去思想政治教育工作为基础,创建完善的思想政治教育体系。高校要将思想政治教育课程设置为必修课,并以专题讲座和选修课为辅,构建全新的课程体系,为高校教学质量的提升奠定坚实的基础。

In the new era,colleges and universities mainly employ ideological and political education to realize the goal of fostering virtue.During the process of classroom teaching,colleges and universities have to fully use educational resources to improve the efficiency of the work system of ideological and political education.Meanwhile,on the basis of previous ideological and political education,it is important to construct a complete educational system.For colleges and universities,they should set ideological and political education course as a compulsory course,and select thematic lectures and elective courses as an assistant,so as to construct a new curriculum system and lay the foundation for improving teaching quality.
