Integration Mode of College Students’Party Building Work and Ideological Political Education

从高校大学生党建与思政教育两者的关系入手,在了解高校大学生党建与思政教育工作融合的必要性后,结合实际情况分析其融合现状,提出结合教育理念、提高教育工作人员综合素质、完善保障机制等方法,全面提升高校大学生党建与思政教育水平,促进大学生全面健康发展。

This study starts from the relationship between the Party building work and ideological political education in colleges and universities.Based on the understanding of the necessity of integrating college students’Party building work with ideological political education,the paper analyzed the current situation of the integration with practical instance,and put forward targeted measures,including the introduction of educational ideas,the improvement of faculty’comprehensive quality and the improvement of guarantee mechanism,aiming at fully promoting the level of college students’Party building work and ideological political education,as well as spurring their all-round and healthy development.
