Media convergence is the innovation transformation of the transmission of ideas and practice by media.The process of ideological and political education in colleges and universites is similar to the process of information dissemination.In the era of media integration,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing new challenges and opportunities.Based on the theories of transmission view and ritual view claimed by James Kerry,the paper explored the innovation paths of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the era of media integration from four aspects of educator(communicator),education content(information),college students(audience)and education mode(communication mode).
