基于立德树人理念的高校思政工作体系创新

Ideological and Political Working System Innovation in Colleges and Universities Based on the Idea of Fostering Virtue through Education

立德树人是高校思政工作的根本目标。在新时代,政治、经济、文化的发展日新月异,对当代大学生价值观念的形成产生了巨大且深远的影响。为迎接时代挑战,以创新的思维和方法构建高校思政工作体系是时不我待的工作任务。本文首先论述了立德树人理念下高校思政工作体系创新的价值,而后分析了当前高校思政工作体系中存在的问题,最后针对这些问题基于立德树人理念提出了高校思政工作体系创新的策略,以期增强高校思政教育的整体能力,实现立德树人的教育目标。

Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental goal of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.In the new era,the rapid development of politics,economy and culture has had a great and far-reaching impact on the formation of contemporary college students’values.Therefore,it is urgent for colleges and universities to apply innovative thoughts and methods to build a new ideological and political work system,so as to meet the challenges of the times.The paper firstly analyzed the values of work system innovation under the concept of fostering virtue through education,and then explored existing problems.At last,the paper proposed innovation strategies,in order to enhance the overall ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and further realize the goal of fostering virtue through education.
