Ability Improvement Strategy of“Double-Qualified”College Teachers

建设高素质“双师型”教师团队,是高校服务“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”试点以及促进高校教育高质量发展的关键路径,也是建设“双高”院校的关键内容。本文主要探究“1+X”证书制度下的“双师型”高校教师能力提升情况,首先指出了高校“双师型”教师的新内涵,之后分析了“1+X”证书制度下的“双师型”高校教师建设困境,最后从构建对接职业标准的专业课程体系、组建结构化的“双师型”教师创新团队、创新团队协作的模块化教学模式、提升“双师型”教师教学团队的能力等方面出发,详细阐明了“1+X”证书制度下的“双师型”高校教师能力提升策略。

Building a high-quality“double-qualified”teacher team is the key to serving the pilot of“academic certificate plus several vocational skill level certificates”in colleges and universities,as well as the key path to promoting the high-quality development of higher education,which is also the key content of building“double high-level”colleges and universities.This study mainly explored the ability improvement conditon of“double-qualified”college teachers in the context of“1+X”certificate system.In the paper,we firstly pointed out the new connotation of“double-qualified”college teachers,and then analyzed the construction dilemma.Finally,we detailedly expounded the ability improvement strategies,including the construction of professional curriculum system aligning with vocational standards,the establishment of structured innovative“double-qualified”teacher team,the innovation of the modular teaching mode of team cooperation and the ability improvement of“double-qualified”teaching team.
