新时期高校创新创业教育治理共同体的构建

Governance Community Construction of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

创新创业教育是近些年高校教育的热点,国际教育会议将创业教育称为21世纪教育的通行证。我国大力发展创新创业教育,为此教育部印发了《关于高校创新创业教育工作的意见》。新时期下高校创新创业教育取得很大成效,同时也面临着诸多挑战,有必要对高校创新创业教育治理共同体的构建进行研究。先论述了高校创新创业教育的重要意义,阐述了高校创新创业教育治理共同体协同理论,之后从高校、社会与政府方面分析了创新创业教育实施中存在的问题及产生原因,最后提出了高校创新创业教育治理共同体的构建对策。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a hot topic of higher education in recent years,and International Education Conference has defined entrepreneurship education as the passport of 21st century education.At present,China has vigorously developed innovation and innovation education,and the Ministry of Education has issued Opinions on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities.Facing the achievements and challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship education,it is necessary to explore the construction of a governance community.The paper firstly discussed the significance of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and expounded the governance community synergy theory.We also analyzed existing problems and the reasons behind them from the perspectives of higher education,society and the government,followed by proposed targeted construction measures.
