随着时代的发展,我国建筑行业也得到了快速发展,为建筑类企业发展带来了宝贵的发展机遇。参与各种建筑工程的招标活动是众多建筑企业参与市场竞争和不断发展壮大的重要途径之一。本文对建筑工程报价的具体内容以及财务管理对建筑工程报价的影响进行了概述,之后结合建筑企业的实际情况,从科学编制工程预算、提高招标报价水平,强化建筑工程成本管理、降低整体工程成本,制定项目融资计划、控制施工项目资金成本等方面入手,对建筑工程招标报价中财务管理的具体应用进行了分析。

Along with the development of the times,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly,and provided lots of valuable development opportunities for construction enterprises.Participating in the bidding activities of various construction projects has become one of the important ways for many construction enterprises to compete in market and develop stronger.In the research,this paper summarized the specific contents of construction project quotation and the effect of financial management on construction project quotation,and further combined the current situation of construction enterprises to analyze the specific application of financial management in the bidding quotation of architectural engineering,including scientifically preparing project budgets,improving the level of bidding quotation,strengthening the cost management of construction project,reducing project cost,formulating project financing plan and controlling the capital cost of construction projects.
