知识产权视域下国家安全治理的制度体系

Institutional System of National Security Governance from the Perspective of Intellectual Property

针对知识产权保护进行国家安全治理是比较困难的,本文以总体国家安全思维为指导,就知识产权领域内国家安全治理展开了研究,相关研究也与科技和经济领域的国家安全实现了密切的结合。本文对知识产权安全领域进行初步探索,指出知识产权视域下国际安全治理的必须性,然后针对协同的知识产权安全治理体系等问题就我国国家安全治理制度体系的建设提出意见和建议。

The national security governance targeting intellectual property is difficult.Combined with the national security governance in the fields of science and economy,the paper conducted the research of the national security governance in the field of intellectual property with the guidance of overall national security thinking.In the paper,we firstly explored the necessity,and then put forward the countermeasures based on existing problems.
