我国现代社会治理形态的结构性营造

Structural Construction of Modern Social Governance Form in China

一直以来我国坚持走中国特色社会主义道路,在其中社会主义政治发展发挥着极其重要的作用,其能有效实现人民当家作主和依法治国的顺利实施,确保我国真正完成社会治理形态的战略计划,也是构建整个社会治理的重要组成部分。目前我国社会治理形态的结构性营造通常是以实践逻辑、理论逻辑、历史逻辑为核心,有助于进行社会主义民主政治、政府管理模式、社会治理机制三个层面的结构性改革。同时,要将政治权力和民主权威相结合,以真正形成具有中轴性要素的社会治理形态。为了构建出符合我国社会治理的形态,本文对中国社会主义政治发展的三个逻辑统一、社会主义民主政治的结构性营造与政府管理模式的结构性营造进行了分析,希望能够为我国社会治理新形态的营造提供理论依据,有助于构成一个全新的社会治理共同体。

All the time China has officially taken the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in which the development of socialist politics plays an extremely important role.It can effectively realize the smooth implementation of people being masters of the country and governing the country according to law,ensure that China truly completes the strategic plan of social governance in China,and can even be used as an important part of building the whole social governance.At present,the structural construction of China’s social governance forms usually takes practical logic,theoretical logic and historical logic as the core,which is conducive to the structural reform of China’s socialist democratic politics,government management mode and social governance mechanism.At the same time,it is necessary to combine political power with democratic authority in order to truly construct a form of social governance with axial elements.In order to build a form that conforms to China’s social governance,this paper analyzed the unified three logics of China’s socialist political development,the structural construction of socialist democratic politics and the structural construction of government management mode,hoping to provide the theoretical foundation for the construction of a new social governance form in China,so as to help to construct a newly social governance community.
