基于德法兼修的高校法律教学创新

College Legal Teaching Innovation Based on the Fusion of Morality and Law

道德和法律是人类社会中两个重要规范系统,道德是内在法则,人类政治文明发展的最高价值目标是实现“德法融合”。研究德法融合在高校思想道德与法律基础课程的框架下,不仅是时代发展的战略要求,也是提高高校基础课程改革成效的内在要求。目前高校课程的选课机会比例失调,存在内容分化、时间比例失调、教学方法不完善等问题。大学基础课程改革要以德法一体化为愿景,实现基础课程时代的改革。因此,教学创新对推进高校思想政治教育理论课程改革,落实“立德树人”的根本任务,具有重大的现实意义。

Both morality and law are the two important normative systems of human society,and morality is the inner principle.For human political civilization,the goal of its development is the realization of“the fusion of morality and law”.Under the framework of the curriculum of ideological morality and legal basis,the research of the fusion of morality and law is both the strategic requirement of times development,and the inner need of improving curriculum reform effectiveness.However,there are many problems in present college curriculum setting.So it is urgent for colleges and universities to promote curriculum reform and finally realize the task of fostering virtue through education.
