基于核心素养的高校英语教师职业能力发展

Professional Ability Development of College English Teachers Based on Core Literacy

高校英语教师作为促进英语教育发展的主力军,其职业能力与水平直接关乎英语的教学质量。在新课改背景下,我国进一步明确了核心素养是学科教学的终极目标,高校英语教师如何形成以培养学生核心素养为导向的职业能力发展规划在推进英语教学建设中十分关键。本文以核心素养为基本点,围绕高校英语教学职业能力发展展开研究,就其中存在的问题进行分析并提出优化路径。

As the main force to promote the development of English education,college English teachers’professional ability and level are directly related to the quality of English teaching.In the context of new curriculum reform,China has further clarified that core literacy is the ultimate goal of subject teaching.So the professional ability development plan of college English teachers,cultivation students’core literacy,is vital for promoting English teaching construction.Based on the foundation of core literacy,this paper focused on the development of college English professional teaching ability,and then analyzed existing problems,followed by optimization paths.
