三全育人视角下的高校大学生慢就业

Slow Employment of College Students Based on the View of Three FullEducation

就业是国家重点关注对象,是社会关注的热点问题。我国高教步入大众化后,受人力资源需求、大学生价值理念等方面的影响,大学生就业难问题日益突出。近几年大学生存在慢就业群,慢就业比例逐步上升,成为社会就业的新问题。基于三全育人视角指导大学生就业教育,有利于增强大学生就业能力,改善大学生就业形势,促进我国社会稳定发展。

Employment is always the social hot spot.After the popularity of higher education,the difficulty of the employment of college students has been increasingly prominent being affected by the need of human resources and students’values.In recent years,the slow employment group of graduates becomes larger,and the proportion of slow employment has gradually increased,which has become a new problem for social employment.The paper proposed that,the ideas of three full-education was conductive to enhancing the employment ability of college students and improving the employment situation,so as to promote social stable development.
