基于TQM的高校学生思政教育管理策略

Management Strategies of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education Based on TQM

随着教育改革的推进和教育观念的逐渐进步,传统的思想教育模式已无法适应社会对人才提出的多方面要求。将TQM理念与高校学生思想教育相结合,能够有效的对思想政治教育的核心进行深入分析,培养学生良好的学习观念和思想意识,从而推动学生的高素质发展。本文通过分析TQM思想,并结合高校学生思想政治教育的特点,进行两者结合的创新性思想政治教育策略探究,以期提高高校的思想政治教育水平,为学生的长期稳定发展打下坚实基础。

Along with the advancement of educational reform and the gradual progress of educational concept,traditional ideological education model can not meet social requirements.The integration of the TQM concept and ideological and political education is conductive to the effective analysis of the core of ideological and political education,and the cultivation of students’learning concept and ideological consciousness,so as to promote students’high-quality development.Based on the TQM concept and the characteristics of college students’ideological and political education,the paper made an exploration on the new integrated measures,in order to improve the level of ideological and political education and finally help to fulfill students’sustainable development.
