文化产业创新视角下非遗文化创意产业人才的培养路径

Training Paths of Intangible Cultural and Creative Industry from the Perspective of Cultural Industry Innovation

文化创意产业作为一种新兴产业,开始与不同行业产生了融合趋势。文化创意产业的知识性特征尤其明显,而且符合生态环保的要求,因此实现文化创意产业与实体经济的深度融合可以对我国国民经济的发展起到有力的促进作用,也是催生新兴业态、带动消费需求多样化的重要途径。将文化创意与非遗文化产业相结合,可以为社会提供相关领域的产品和服务,是目前文创产业发展的重要切入点。本文在对非遗文化创意产业人才培养现状进行阐述的基础上,对其中存在的问题也进行了梳理,并就目前的非遗文化创意产业人才培养路径提出了自己的意见和建议。

As an emerging industry,cultural and creative industry has shown an integration trend.Cultural and creative industry has knowledgeable and green characteristics,so the deep integration with the real economy has a positive effect on promoting economic development,fostering new forms of business and driving the diversification of consumer demands.The combination of cultural creativity and intangible cultural industry can provide related products and services,which is an important entry point for the development of cultural and creative industry.Based on the expounding of the current situation and existing problems of talent training in non heritage cultural and creative industry,the paper proposed some opinions and suggestions.
