高职院校培训教学管理中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures to the Training and Teaching Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要内容,近年来取得了显著成绩。高职教育的快速发展既给高职院校发展带来了新的机遇,也给高职院校的培训教学管理带来了一系列问题,因此对高职院校的培训教学管理进行创新是大势所趋。本文首先阐述了目前我国高职院校培训教学管理中存在的问题,然后就高职院校科学合理地进行培训教学管理提出了意见和建议,希望对提升我国高职院校的培训教学管理水平起到一定的促进作用。

As a part of higher education in China,higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements,a series of questions caused by which demanded higher vocational colleges to innovate training and teaching management.The paper firstly expounded existing problems,and then put forward some suggestions,so as to promote the level of the training and teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
