高校休闲体育专业人才培养模式

Talent Training Mode of Leisure Sports Specialty in Colleges and Universities in the Context of Deepening Education-Industry Integration

随着社会经济的不断发展,人民生活需求多元化的趋势更加明显,其在休闲体育方面投入了更多的时间和精力。高等院校为了满足市场的需求,积极开办休闲体育专业,并为其培养高素质的综合型人才,而“产教融合”是高等院校提高学生实践能力的一种有效的教学模式。本文从教学目标定位、课程设置不合理、教学方式和师资队伍方面查找了目前产教融合背景下高校休闲体育专业人才培养存在的问题,并从校企联合设计培养方案、打造高素质的师资队伍、科学设置合理的课程体系、以学生为中心的教学互动方式和建立三个梯度的实习实践体系等方面提出了产教融合背景下高校休闲体育专业人才培养的意见和建议,希望能够对高等院校休闲体育专业人才培养的改革创新起到一定的参考作用。

Along with the continuous social and economic development,people have invested more time and energy on leisure sports.In order to meet people’s demand,colleges and universities set up the leisure sports specialty to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents,and“education-industry integration”is an effective teaching mode.This paper firstly found out existing problems from the perspectives of teaching target,curriculum organization,teaching mode and teaching staff,and then proposed some suggestions,hoping to provide some references for the reform and innovation of the cultivation of leisure sports professionals in colleges and universities.
