新时代高职院校思政教师队伍建设存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Team Construction of Ideological and Political Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,国家职业教育事业蓬勃发展,高职院校思政教师队伍建设面临新情况和新挑战。研究发现,思政课教师队伍建设存在三方面的问题:(1)社会、学校、学生对思政课教师的作用及功能存在认识问题;(2)思政课教师的队伍管理机制尚未完善,其中,思政课教师的数量配比有待优化,专业背景有待扩大,团队意识有待增强;(3)思政课教师的队伍保障机制尚未完善,主要体现在职称评聘、荣誉表彰、经济待遇三方面。进一步,从主观认识、管理机制和保障机制等方面提出了对策建议。

In the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era,national vocational education is burgeoning and facing some new challenges.Based on the study,there were the problems of three aspects in the team construction of ideological and political teachers.Firstly,there was a cognitive problem for the society,schools and students to understand the role and function of ideological and political teachers.Secondly,the team management mechanism of ideological and political teachers need to be improved,including unreasonable teachers ratio,limited professional background and weak team awareness.Thirdly,there was lack of sufficient guarantee system,covering professional title evaluation,honor recognition and economic benefits.Then we proposed some countermeasures from three aspects of subjective understanding,management mechanism and guarantee system.
