摘要
人才培养是高校的核心工作,人才培养模式是影响高等教育质量的关键因素。本科生研究性教学作为一种新型人才培养模式,越来越受到国内外的关注和认可,相较而言,我国高校的本科生人才培养科研创新实践效果欠佳。基于此本文对我国本科生人才培养的现状进行了分析,指出教学手段和教学理念上的不足,并通过比较与借鉴三所国外代表性研究型大学人才培养模式,结合财经类院校学科特点,为我国财经类院校进行本科生人才培养科研创新模式提出可行性建议。
Talent training is the core work in colleges and universities,and talent training mode is the key factor for higher education quality.Undergraduate research teaching,as a new talent training mode,has attracted more and more attention and recognition at home and abroad.But the scientific research innovation for undergraduate cultivation in China hasn’t gotten ideal effect.Based on the analysis of current situation,the paper firstly pointed out the shortcomings of teaching methods and teaching ideas.After combining the experience of foreign research universities and the disciplinary characteristics of financial colleges,this paper put forward feasible suggestions for the scientific research innovative mode of undergraduate talents cultivation in Chinese financial and economic colleges.
