高职艺术设计专业创新创业型人才培养模式的构建

Building the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Training Mode for the Art Design Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前大学生创新型创业受到了有关各方的高度重视,高校建立大学生自主创业人才培养模式变得尤其关键。高职院校艺术设计类专业教学与其他专业有着较大不同,艺术设计类学生更强调学生的创新创业技能,艺术设计类毕业生普遍具备创新意识,而且动手操作能力突出,具备较强的创造性思维。在目前我国对国民经济产业结构进行调整的背景下,万众创业、科技创新是大势所趋,而高职院校在艺术类专业创新创业型人才培养方面有明显优势,高职院校必须把自己的优势充分发挥出来,并转化为创业实效,实现高职艺术设计专业毕业生的全面就业。本文首先阐述了构建高职艺术设计创新创业人才培养模式的意义,然后指出了这一模式在建立过程中存在的问题,最后就高职艺术设计创新创业人才培养提出了建议。

Nowadays,undergraduate innovative entrepreneurship has been paid lots of attention,and it is of great significance to build the talent cultivation mode of self-employment.For the students in art design major,they have some unique features,like more innovative ideas,stronger practical ability and better creative thinking.At present,under the background of China’s adjustment of the industrial structure of national economy,mass entrepreneurship,as well as scientific and technological innovation,have become a general trend.And for higher vocational colleges,they have more advantages in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.So they have to give full play to their advantages and achieve the full employment of the graduates in art design major.The paper mainly discussed the importance,problems and countermeasures of building the mode.
