In the face of the new tasks and new requirements at new development stage,the middle-level leading cadres in colleges and universities must improve their learning ability through establishing a lifelong and advancing learning concept and mastering scientific learning methods,such as comprehensive system,deep thinking,connecting with reality and innovative channels.Furthermore,supervise learning is conducive to consolidating learning effectiveness,so as to further improve political capacity,strategic vision and professional level.These measures aim to perform their ultimate duties of cultivating talents for the Party and our country.
