产业结构升级的经济增长空间溢出——软环境还是硬设施

Spatial Spillover of Economic Growth in the Upgrading of Industrial Structure——Soft Environment or Hard Facilities

基于2001—2018年的中国省级面板数据,从空间溢出的视角实证检验了产业结构升级的经济增长效应。研究结果表明:在控制了其他因素的影响之后,产业结构升级具有明显的空间溢出效应,这种效应对经济增长具有显著的正向影响,并且呈现出空间异质性及逐渐增强的特性;考虑不同的空间权重矩阵以及模型可能存在的偏误之后,结果依然稳健;不同的空间相关指数检验及雷达图分析显示,中国产业结构升级具有显著的空间依赖性;硬设施和软环境是发挥产业结构升级溢出效应的重要调节机制,并且相比于硬设施,软环境的调节作用更为显著。

Based on the provincial panel data in China from 2001 to 2018,this paper empirically tested the economic growth effect of industrial structure upgrading from the perspective of spatial spillover.The results showed that,after controlling the other factors,the upgrading of industrial structure had an obvious spatial spillover effect,which had a significant positive impact on China’s economic growth and showed significant spatial heterogeneity and the feature of gradual increase.After considering different forms of spatial weight matrix and the possible errors of the model,the results were still robust.Different spatial correlation index test and radar chart analysis revealed that,China’s industrial structure upgrading showed the characteristics of significant spatial dependence.Furthermore,hard facilities and soft environment both played a mediating role in the spillover effect of industrial structure upgrading,and soft environment had a stronger mediating effect.
