选煤厂安全生产质量标准化建设探讨

Discussion on the construction of safety production quality standardization in coal preparation plant

近期一些选煤厂生产现场煤尘大、跑冒滴漏、文明生产不达标、锈蚀等问题较多,甚至部分选煤厂安全生产质量标准化有下滑趋势。主要是由思想不重视、生产系统陈旧、人员短缺、投入不足等原因造成。选煤厂安全生产质量标准化发展较慢,造成轻伤事故不断、各类故障频发、数据分析不全面、作业环境较差等情况,严重制约选煤厂安全生产。选煤厂要以提升管理标准化、作业标准化、设备标准化、环境标准化水平为切入点,通过"立标、学标、对标、达标"科学有序推进选煤厂安全生产质量标准化建设,进一步消除制约安全生产的瓶颈,全面推动安全生产全过程制度化、规范化、标准化,通过标准化作业消除、减小、控制危险源,夯实安全管理基础。

In recent years,the production sites in some coal preparation plants have appeared such phenomena as large coal dust,many minor faults,poor civilized production,equipment corrosion,etc.,and the level of safety production quality standardization has declined,which is mainly caused by ideological neglect,old production system,shortage of personnel,insufficient investment and other reasons.Because the safety production quality standardization of coal preparation plant is not up to the standard,such as the continuous light injury accidents,frequent failures,incomplete data analysis,poor working environment and so on,the safety production of coal preparation plant is seriously restricted.The coal preparation plant should take the improvement of management standardization,operation standardization,equipment standardization and environment standardization as the foundation,promote the construction of safety production quality standardization of coal preparation plant through“establishing standards,learning standards,checking standards and reaching standards”,promote the institutionalization and standardization of safety production,eliminate or control the hazard sources through standardized operation,and consolidate the foundation of safety management.
