摘要
根据有关资料统计分析,在煤矿各类事故中,有近90%以上的事故都是由于人员的不安全行为造成,而且在煤矿安全生产管理中,人的不安全行为比物的不安全状态更难预测、更难控制,仅仅依靠简单的罚款等强制性手段,已很难达到杜绝不安全行为的目的,甚至可能会给不安全行为人员带来逆反和对抗心理,不能从根本上预防和消除不安全行为,需要采取主动和人性化的方法,让员工能从行动到心理去认同不安全行为管理,自觉主动的加入到不安全行为管理工作中。
According to the statistical analysis of the relevant data,nearly 90%of all accidents in coal mines are caused by unsafe behavior of personnel.Moreover,in the safety production management of coal mines,unsafe behaviors of people are more difficult to predict and control than unsafe conditions of things.It is difficult to achieve the goal of putting an end to unsafe behaviors only by means of simple mandatory means such as fine,which may even bring adverse and confrontational psychology to the unsafe personnel.In order to prevent and eliminate unsafe behaviors fundamentally,it is necessary to take active and humanized methods,so that employees can identify with unsafe behavior management from action to psychology,and consciously and actively participate in the management of unsafe behaviors.
