井下电气事故案例分析及预防

摘要 针对一个井下电气事故的真实案例,分析案例中存在的3种常见事故,包括短路现象、用电过负荷现象以及触电现象,研究了案例中提及到的事故特点和对事故进行的危害分析;说明了杜绝井下电气事故对煤矿安全生产的重要性。还分析了此次案例事故的人为原因和设备条件以及如何从各个方面对此类井下电气事故进行预防。研究成果有利于进一步深化井下这种特殊环境下对于电气设备的规范化操作和电气设备使用流程,避免井下电气设备发生故障或导致矿工发生危险,为以后类似电气事故的预防提供参考。 Aiming at a real case of underground electrical accident,three common accidents are analyzed,including short circuit,electric overload and electric shock.The accident characteristics and hazard analysis in the case show that the prevention of underground electrical accidents is of great importance to the safety production of coal mines.By analyzing the influence of human factors and equipment conditions on the accident in the case,the measures to prevent similar underground electrical accidents were put forward.The research results are helpful to further deepen the standardized operation and use process of electrical equipment in underground coal mine,to avoid the failure of electrical equipment or the risk of miners,and to provide reference for the prevention of similar electrical accidents in the future.
