摘要
大流量KAMAT喷雾泵系统是为神东公司大采高工作面设计的重要综采生产配套设备,它不仅承担着采煤机的冷却和喷雾功能,还保证着工作面的喷雾降尘效果,以及工作面的卫生清理等。它在设计过程中因考虑流量和变频等因素,将压力控制系统设计为电控调压,使用中出现了压力极不稳定现象。通过对KAMAT喷雾泵压力系统的原理进行分析,提出了增加蓄能器的数量,调整对轮同轴度;限定变频开关的输出频率;运用机械调压;接上RMI泵的大流量机械卸载阀;机械先导阀替代电磁先导阀的5种改进措施,从而保证了安全生产。
The large flow KAMAT spray pump system is important matching equipment for the large mining height fully mechanized mining face in Shendong Coal Group.It not only undertakes the cooling and spraying functions of the shearer,but also ensures the spray dust reduction effect and environmental sanitation at the working face.The analysis shows that due to the need of flow rate and frequency conversion in the design of the spray pump,the electric control is used to adjust the pressure,resulting in the extremely unstable pressure in the use of the spray pump.Through analyzing the principle of the pressure system of KAMAT spray pump,five improvement measures were proposed such as increasing the number of accumulator and adjusting the coaxality of the opposite wheel,limiting the output frequency of the frequency conversion switch,using mechanical pressure regulating,connecting the large discharge mechanical unloading valve of RMI pump,and replacing the electromagnetic pilot valve with the mechanical pilot valve,which is of great significance for ensuring the safe production of coal mine.
