摘要
现代化煤矿企业正在逐步向规模化、集约化、协同化转变,煤矿井下生产方式向遥控化、无人化以及智能化发展,煤矿井下设备的基础数据建设是实现这一发展理念的先决条件。为了根据煤矿井下设备的实际性能与使用情况从种类繁多的数据上传方式中选择一种最经济可靠的方式,通过对比有线和无线两种网络架构,对比Modbus与EIP这两种常用通讯协议在矿井设备数据上传中的优缺点,阐述如何选择煤矿井下设备数据上传的最优方式,提出煤矿井下固定设备采用有线通信方式,井下移动设备应当采用无线通信实现数据上传;对于井下设备的通信接口,EIP协议标准应作为主推标准。
The modern coal enterprises are gradually changing to scale,intensive and collaborative,and the underground production mode is developing to remote control,unmanned and intelligent.The basic data construction of underground equipment is the prerequisite to realize this development concept.In order to choose the most economical and reliable way to upload the data of coal mine underground equipment,by comparing wired and wireless network architectures,the advantages and disadvantages of Modbus and EIP in data upload of coal mine equipment were analyzed.The analysis shows that the underground fixed equipment should adopt wired communication mode,and the underground mobile equipment should adopt wireless communication to realize data upload.For the communication interface of underground equipment,EIP protocol standard should be the preferred standard.
