摘要
矿山冶金、化工及非金属领域物料运输利用溜槽转载时,有时出现通道堵塞问题。高落差转载溜槽是处于不同高度层输送机之间转载的物料通道,具有导向、缓冲的功能。由于物料在溜槽内的运动是利用惯性和自重,它的滑行速度会受到溜道角度、表面状态、块粒度及流量等参数的影响。当这些参数不能满足溜槽的设定条件,就会产生堵塞现象。为解决此问题,从较易形成堵塞的成因分析入手,研究可靠的排堵方法,从而设计一种在溜槽运行状态下的智能排堵装置,包括信号源、数据处理器、控制器、液压系统、执行机构和上位机人机界面,从而实现溜槽智能防堵,提高输送机的运行效率。
In the field of mining,metallurgy,chemical industry and non-metal industry,when using chute to transfer materials,the problem of chute blocking is easy to occur.High drop transfer chute is a material transport channel between conveyors of different heights,which has the function of guiding and buffering.Because the movement of materials in the chute uses inertia and self weight,its sliding speed will be affected by the chute angle,surface state,block size,flow and other parameters.When these parameters cannot meet the setting conditions of the chute,the blocking fault will occur.In order to solve this problem,an intelligent anti blocking device,including signal source,data processor,controller,hydraulic system,actuator and upper computer human-machine interface,is designed to realize intelligent anti blocking of chute and improve the operation efficiency of conveyor.
